This years Concours des Vins du Victoria, run by the Victorian French Chamber of Commerce, has brought some accolade to Nicholson River Winery.

Small amounts of our Nicholson River range of wines have been kept aside for ageing, and are now available from the winery. Aged wines include Chardonnays, Pinot Noirs and even the 2004 Syrah, starting from $55 a bottle. Contact the winery for more information.

Just tasted the 2010 NR Chardonnay - lovely! Soft, delicate yet powerful and lingering. We're quite pleased, especially considering what a horrible season it was for whites. We actually lost 70% of the whites! We think this one upholds our reputation for big whites that age well and go great with food.
