A blend of 50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Cabernet Franc, this deep ruby red wine has a soft and balanced mouthfeel.
This particular combination gives a very smooth, well structured wine with blackcurrant, cherry and fruitcake flavours. A very good example of the traditional Bordeaux style.
Great with a wide range of foods, particularly lamb.
Best 2012 to 2020.
Storage: 10 to 15C
Serve at about 18 degrees.
