2010 Nicholson River Chardonnay

Our flagship wine.  An elegant style with nutty melon and a long creamy, citrus finish.  Barrel-fermented in French oak.  One to savour.

A rich, complex style that continues our tradition of powerful Chardonnays.  Completed malo-lactic fermentation.

Excellent with rich seafoods, roast chicken, duck, pork or turkey.

Avoid refrigeration for long periods.

Serve at about 10 degrees (important!).

13.5% Alcohol

"Nicholson River Winery in Victoria's Gippsland area produces, among other wines, a Chardonnay whose quality in its best years is little short of supreme." Robin Bradley (2007),  5 gold stars ('among the great wines in the world.')
