Disgorged November 2011. A 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay blend that has flavours of cream and peach with a soft...

Oak barrel-fermented and matured. Toasty, peach and melon flavours with a clean finish.
A 50:50 blend, medium bodies with leafy and blackcurrant flavours and a soft tannin finish.

A natural, delicate style displaying ripe cherry, soft tannins and some gamey characters starting to show. Will age beautifully.
A lovely gold colour, rich and memorable. At it peak now. Full bottles also available.
Our white port style with nutty, creamy flavours and a clean finish. Excellent as an aperitif or after dinner. Serve chilled.
