2000 'The Nicholson'
85% Merlot, 15% Syrah.A lovely wine which still has many good years ahead of it.
2005 Nicholson River Chardonnay
A lovely gold colour, rich and memorable. At it peak now. 500ml also available.
2004 Syrah
Runner-up in London (2008) and Paris (2008) to the best of the world's Syrahs. At its peak.
2009 Montview Chardonnay
Oak barrel-fermented and matured. Toasty, peach and melon flavours with a clean finish.
2006 Cabernet Merlot
A 50:50 blend, medium bodies with leafy and blackcurrant flavours and a soft tannin finish.
2010 Sparkling Pinot Noir / Chardonnay
Disgorged November 2011. A 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay blend that has flavours of cream and peach with a soft mousse. Will develop very well in the bottle.
Fortified Semillon (500ml)
Our white port style with nutty, creamy flavours and a clean finish. Excellent as an aperitif or after dinner. Serve chilled.
2010 Syrah
Medium textured with a strong pepper aroma and flavour. A great food wine.
