2010 Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc

Barrel and wild-yeast fermented, giving more body than a mainstream Sauvignon Blanc blends.  Dry and crisp with a distinct mineral flavour.  Finely textured.

Excellent with oysters and other seafood.

Drink 2013 - 2017.

Serve at about 10 degrees.

13.5% Alcohol
