New release. This medium bodied, cool climate Merlot has cigar box and cherry nose and flavours with a savouriness and fine tannins showing on the palate.
Medium textured with a strong pepper aroma and flavour. A great food wine.
Oak barrel-fermented and matured. Toasty, peach and melon flavours with a clean finish.
Disgorged November 2011. A 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay blend that has flavours of cream and peach with a soft mousse. Will develop very well in the bottle.
