A step-by-step guide to ordering on our website
Firstly, browse our online cellar door (clicking this link will open the online cellar door page in a new tab, keeping this page open so you can refer back to it whenever you like.)
- Select the style of wine you're looking for by clicking on the style (red, white, sparkling, etc)
When you have found the wine you are looking for, choose the quantity desired and click 'Add to Cart'
When you have finished choosing your wines, click 'SHOW CART', found on the right side of the screen
In the cart, you can edit your order if desired
Click 'Checkout' at the bottom of the screen
New customers register with a username and email
Supply billing and delivery addresses
Agree to the terms of service and click 'send registration'
Registered users may then proceed to the checkout
Check to ensure your order billing information is correct and click 'next'
Select shipping method (usually only one option is available) and click 'next'
Select a payment method - PayPal, credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or Direct Debit - click 'next'
Leave any extra information such as delivery instructions in the space provided. Agree to the terms of service and click 'confirm order'
For Direct Debit, customers will see the BSB and ACC numbers of Nicholson River Winery. When payment is confirmed, your order will be sent
For PayPal or credit cards users, customers will sign in to Paypal and follow instructions on screen. OR If you DON'T have a PayPal account, select 'Pay by credit card' at the PayPal site
- To pay us directly with a credit card, email us your order, card number and expiry date. Or phone us on (03) 51568241
When payment is confirmed, your order will be sent
- Delivery is usually within a week.
